Since writing this post Edsmart may have helped people, but has not within the last 4 days. Edsmart is not a verified member, has been around for 4 months and has 1 posts and 0 replies to their name.

Not sure what you mean by “Kicking off”. But, here’s two suggestions that might help… Change the batteries, and/or make sure there’s no dust or hair (or whatever) in front of the red light.
