your second item should be very easy to google. for your first item, add ‘operations management’, ‘operations’ or ‘business operations’ to you keyword to narrow it down. for your third item, google B2C e-commerce trends. several of the results are pretty good. one of which i consider helpful:

actually its management information systems…they says its on MIS by obrien and marakas but the book is for sale and dont have the amount or source or you know..
any other info you can think…im trying every source i can get.report will be this monday..have to study that and visual aids and everything..
