hi, im 13 almost 14 and i would love to be a model.

i weight about 120 pounds and im atleast 5 feet and 4 inches. i want to loose alot of weight but i dont have any exercise equipment here at home and the gym is far away. plus i live in a most cold climat so i cant go there in the winter because there is to much snow. ive tried starving myself but i ended gaining weight in the process. i really just want to loose weight easily. please someone give me some helpful advice.

but my school is reaaaaaaaaaaallllly crappy! they dont even have heat in there and we have to wear these gay *** uniforms that are really itchy and uncomfortable, not to mention cold! lol so i reaaly doupt they have any exercise equipement lol

your only 13 (nearly 14) so you are still developing. Starving yourself is a bad idea - aside from the fact that its really bad for you in the long run, most people just end up eating more frequently on snacks because their avoiding main meals.
Try eating healthy foods and just slowly cutting out junk foods. Do exercises and streches indoors!

sit ups, push ups etc I’ll try find a website with examples as I don’t know the names for most exercises I do :-)
Also streching muscles in your legs,stomach and arms will help with muscle tone and flexibility.

yeah, i would try sit up but not pushup because they get ride of all the fat in you chest area if u get what im sayin and maybe get a running partner to take your mind of the cold maybe? or join a gym. good luck! :)
