For the last few days I’ve been struggling to eat and every time I do eat I feel sick.

Sometimes all I need to do is think about or see food and I feel sick. I used to love food, now I’m trying to force crisps down my throat but each one I have is making me feel steadily more sick. I haven’t had a proper meal in a few days…

Whelp, can’t really help you there. If you feel any symptoms ( flu and the like) you should probably go to a hospital. Then get hooked up to an IV and let them diagnose and treat you.

Try and remember what it was like when u liked food…then try and remember ur favorite food. I hear envisioning things u want helps ur mind get over things! Maybe if u remember the joy it gave u..u’ll get past what’s buggen u. R u on meds maybe it’s the meds consult a doctor. I hope if anything is bothering u it resolves and maybe it’ll ease u to be able to eat again!

If you aren’t sick, then you are probably very stressed or upset. When I am moderately stressed or upset, I eat like a pig and gain weight. When I am very stressed or upset, like now, I can’t eat and lose weight. I was down to 150 pounds last week. At 6′ tall, that ain’t good.

Some foods may seem less disgusting than others. If so, focus on them. If they are high calorie, so much the better.

That might help u out a lil
Things that are easy to eat
And that u wont really feel the
Afther taste in your mouth
