Sort of. The ETT went through the mouth, as well as a laryngoscope. Had to wear gloves too! Fat jerk probably had aids of another STI as we found him collapsed in the middle of a gay bar/ rave warehouse!

whelp, kinder than not being there. Sent him to the hospital for final treatment and he DID have gonorrhea so we were pretty much spot on. Also, after about 4 years doing this, you kinda don’t care what the patient thinks of you, just that they get out alive. Hippocratic oath, y’know! :)

As a fairly highly trained emergency first responder, respect for the patient is of the utmost importance to me. I would never call someone i had treated a fat jerk.
