phone help: How do I get a full refund? - Help.com

How do I get a full refund?

I bought a phone on E-Bay with original intensions of replacing a phone I had lost and putting it on a shared plan with my mother. The phone arrived as planned but my mother has now lost her phone and we would like to get new phones with a new plan and I have no use for the phone from E-Bay. It has been around 2 weeks and I’d like to return it for a full refund. The seller does not have a specific address to be found and I am unable to contact the seller as I am a guest buyer on Ebay. What should I do?

i’d say just mug enough people until you get back the money you paid for the phone, but then again, i wouldn’t go all out doing whatever i say if i were you, means i’m not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. you could try selling it to someone else, maybe?
