Could anyone help with a health/weight question please?
I’m about 8 stone (I’m a 16 y/o female) and in the past few months I have began to gain weight on my stomach and hips that I can’t get rid of - every morning and night I do streching and other exercises but I can’t get rid of it. I used to be very fit and active, but stopped 1 and a half/two years ago because of a re-occuring injury.
Any advice on how to get rid of the weight??
