Well I like Korn (get it, musical taste? korn? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!) Metallica, Coldplay, The Fray, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Micheal Jackson, Dream Theater, Jack’s Mannequin, Wolfmother…..and that’s all I can think of right now

I like Sugarland - During the ABC aired concert Jennifer Nettles wore Led Zeppelin and The Clash t-shirts – she looked great. So did Kristian Bush – no wonder since they try to work out daily. I have read on http://www.projectweightloss.com what exercises they have. Sugarland thinks yoga increases flexibility and strength, but those are not the only benefits. Among them are stress relief and improved overall fitness. There are different types of yoga so if you tried it and didn’t like it, maybe you didn’t exercise the right type for you.
