Is this a good weight loss plan …

.

Cardio - High Intensity Interval Training - 30min 2x day

Diet - No sugar, no processed carbs - protein - tuna, steak, chicken, eggs and veggies.

Water - 2 liters of water per day;

Weight Training every other day.

I saw this on a website about this guy that lost his belly. I’m a girl - I look good every where else, I just have a tiny belly. How Chris Got His Six Pack Abs

Chris is a very attractive guy, with a very busy life. With his son and business, Chris rarely has time to eat right and exercise.

Displeased with his belly fat, Chris went to work on ways to reduce his abdominal fat. First he tackled his eating habits. Consuming a muscle building diet or high protein meals with veggies, and leaving behind the low processed junk food - Chris was immediately able to shed weight.

Very enthusiastic, Chris implemented a second step as seen in Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle .

Increasing his water intake one to two liters a day, Chris was again able to shed even more weight - by reducing the amount of body water retention he carried so well on his belly. With just implementing those two, simple steps and seeing great results, Chris became even more motivated to attaining tighter abs and a more lean look.

His next step was to add exercise. He did cardiovascular exercise for forty-five minutes a day - four times a week at a moderate level using the high intensity interval training method. He implemented weight training, for he knew that muscle burns more calories and gives you that muscular, ‘in-shape’ look.

no.its not.
your body NEEDS carbs and some sugars to function. denying yourself one food group completely will result in you getting very very tired, and possibly very sick.
and cardio twice a day is far too much, all you need to do is 30 mins per day of moderate exercise.
with that diet youll lose weight, sure, but its not maintainable and when you eventually have to give it up youll put the weight straight back on.
