Listen to music, preferrably one with an even beat, helps. Don’t think of exercising as a chore, but maybe a fun activity if possible. I know the feeling, I just started exercising at a continuous rate. You sound like you are almost started on an exercise regime! If your weight continues to increase, you should go to the doctor.

get it into your day in little bits. rather than thinking uuuugh god i have to go for a 3 hour sprint up a mountain and dreading it, just do little bits all day.
park your car further away from places youre going, take the stairs rather than the lift, housework, mowing lawns, walk down to get the milk….it all adds up.
