I can get to sleep ok, but after a few hours my mind

continually going over both major and minor problems will keep me awake for the rest of the night.

the same thing happens to me - I keep thinking of anything I feel guilty about or anything thats important or putting pressure on me.

If you can get to sleep - I suggest tablets (mild ones) as they will just keep you asleep…as a doctor to prescribe some.

The same happens to me too. I just eventually fall a sleep. I tried natural teas and herbs at night and they helped a little. Maybe you should try natural teas or herbs to see if it will help you.

try not too think about anything while going 2 sleep

if that dusnt work, listen to sum relaxation tapes- ocean waves etc….

Melatonin works for me. Regular melatonin helps people go to sleep, but they may wake up in the middle of the night. Melatonin is also formulated in time-released caplets, which is what I take. Since it’s released slowly over the course of a few hours, it helps people stay asleep. There are plenty of places, like GNC, that sell it, and there are plenty of articles about it on the web.
