i dont remember the name of a movie i really liked.

it was a horror movie on the science fiction channel. it was about a girl named sara and her mom who were going to visit sara’s dad. sara was playing outside when a whole bunch of sheep run towards a cliff and jump off and die. later, sara is looking into the ocean and sees a reflection of a girl that pulls her in. her mom and dad cant find her and go searching. the mom finds some girl in a cavernish area. the girl is evil and stays with the mom and dad. the fathers houseworker tells them about a girl who was tortured by an evil man (the boys father). the boy (the worker as a child) saves the girl. the man has the town commit a mass suicide. all the people jump off a cliff. the boy refuses to jump. then the girl pushes the boys father off the cliff. he knows the girl is evil. he takes her out to sea and pushes her off into the ocean and she dies. after this story is told, the mom knows the girl is the one who took sara away. the mom grabs the girl and jumps off the cliff with her. the movie goes into a long phase of the evil girl torturing the mother. after that, the worker is sending the girl back to the sea again. i forget alot after that. and then the mom is ok. shes running to saras dads house to find sara and the dad hugging. sara and the dad enter the house and shut the door on the mom. the mom is banging on the door and screamimg, but the dad and sara dont hear her because the mom is actually a ghost. theres more, but i forget the rest. please help me find the name of the movie! thank you.
