children help: Um i think i have a kid..

Um i think i have a kid..

but i cant get near my x nor am i a part of her life any more… aka i don’t know her number or where she is accept for when i see her driving or at the same mall always off in the distance… How do i find out if she has my kid? I saw her in the distance with a baby that looked exactly like me when i was a baby a few times and its age coincides with us being to gether exactly! I have to know if its my baby!!!

youll need a family lawyer to file a motion in family court. if youve not the money for one, try legal aid.

and remember, if it is your child, youhave legal rights to see the bub, your lawyer should help you out with that too.

why did you&your x split?

if it is your kid then of course you have legal rights
however, there also must be a reason why she doesnt want you around the child :/

theres a reason why she dont want you around the child if its your kid.

The baby looks just like i did as a baby… She “apparently” has been “on and off” with the guy for two years… but she had multiple boyfriends i now realize… Its old enough to coenside with us…
