My sister is using my disabled mothers money

mother had a stroke recently. prior to that she had been paying my sisters rent. After she got sick i told my sister she might have to move back home, all my mothers money would have to be saved and spent on her care. long story short my sister flipped out made up lies turned my sick mother against me, she threatens to call the police when i go to visit my mother, now i have reason to believe she is going wild with my mothers money buying designer items and trying to purchase a nyc apartment. she has no savings of her own so she must be using my mothers savings, my mother has expressive dysphagia and cannot communicate, write, or do math

ive tried speaking to her and all she does is scream and threaten to call the police.

i dont know what to do

call the police yourself, or get a lawyer involved getting power of attorney over your mothers finances.
