yes that should work….shorts too if you are really worried. But remember, stuff happens… every single women has leaked or spotted on clothes or bedding at some point, so dont feel like your abnormal or be embarrassed about. its just one of the “joys” of being a women

I use pads.
But that’s because I know I won’t make it messy.

Tampons would probably be better.

thats one of the worst things about having your period.
you lose sleep.
or atleast i do.
i wake up as soon as i feel it acomin.

this might sound weird but you know those pads they use to put on a floor to train dogs to pee on? lying on something like that can protect you from soiling your bedsheets… that and wearing and overnight pad.. but a normal flow shouldn’t be too messy as long as you have a pad on that wont shift around during the night.
