try and make sure you get up at a decent time in the morning even if your dead sleepy. Otherwise you’ll get into a habit of sleeping and getting up later and later

Ive tried doing that for 2 days. Maybe I should wait. I wake up @ 9am. Should I wake up earlier?

not a doctor just had similar problems. 9am is a pretty decent time to get up! do you have a lot on your mind when you can’t sleep? used to write in a diary right before I went to bed just to clear my head a bit that seemed to help me a bit :)

Its not that I have a lot on my mind, more of like I still have energy.

Here we go…

Go running at around midnight, or earlier if you like, but exercise during the day, also get up earlier, 6:30-8

Last but not least, don’t eat carbs/sugar before bedtime

teenage years are fun. Exercise during the day helps, so does not being angst ridden about parents.

I have been the same way. It has been 8 days now . Today I worked out a lot and. I was sure I would fall asleep tonight asap. But my head and all my body is hurtin. But I still can’t fall asleep. I can fall asleep around 5 am or 6 to 11 am. But never at night. Been hitting the sac at 12 or 11pm every night. But can’t fall asleep. It’s 3 am right now. It really feels miserable specially when others around you are fast asleep. Should I just not go to sleep After 8 am since normaly I can sleep. From 6 or 7 am till whenever. But I wanna sleep at night.
