OMG I CANT BELIVE IT.

i am in a ditch. i learn a little information and now i’m whirling down a bad path. smoking drinking girls whats the problem right? there is a problem i am getting soo **** tired of smoking i’ve been smoking for a month and i feel soo stupid for the fact that i started smoking. I wish there was somthing else that makes me feel the way that smoking does, Plus now i’m 179 and i dont wanna be that heavy. i’m 23 years old and i wanna weight 170 or lower. i feel like i’m an adicted already to smoking cigarettes. ok this seems really pathetic but i just like the chemicals inside the cigarettes Oo they make me feel alive & i like it. Now i need a plan to get off but i wanna feel alive like this. Any sugestions.

I have hobbys I use to really love yoga. but i stoped because i join the military;;;; Also i use to love cooking but cant because i join the military;; im enjoying hanging out with friends but i’m not being responable at all.

I need some help.
I need a Mentor.

Contact your local doctor who can give you help and advice on how to quit. And if you rather not then try nicotine gum or patches. Ween yourself off it slowly.

You’ll be fine. You’ve plenty of time ahead of you. You can reach your ideal weight. Stop drinking and give up smoking. That will help you out there.
You need to start making your own fun rather then relying on drink and cigarettes.

Never been addicted to cigarettes, smoked many of them. I’m not really a fan of them but the nicotine does **** me me up when I am drinking so I don’t min doing it when I am drinking. Just makes me more buzzed I guess. So what you do it also wheN you’re sober? To me I don’t find the need to do it or want todo it. Granted I run 3 miles a day an go to the gum everyday so it’s more from a health aspect and maybe that’s why I don’t do it sober. Just find a reason to not donut as much wither it’s health or the fact they cost $7 a pack. Or smoke in moderation, just keep te pack in your car and justdo it everyonce in a while when you go out.

Addiction is all in your mind, you can control it. I know for a while I was chewing tobaco when I drove for a while when I was 20, I know kind of gross, but I started for the nicotine I wanted to boost my metabolism. Anyways I associated driving with chewing an it got out of hand. I never got addicted per say but I was doing it a lit and then decided I didn’t want to do it. Haha it was annoying to because I had to hide it a lot. I never let girls know I dis it or did it around the ones I liked. Lol it was a secret o had. I told my friends to keep it on the DL

H an if you want to lose the weight get off your *** and join a gym or go running. It takes 45 min of your day, and lock downyour diet. Diet is key!
