how do i know if we are dating?

So there is this guy and we have hung out, texted and kissed but im just not sure if we are what you would call ‘a couple’ yet. yesterday we hung out and he said something about it being a date and he asked me to the movies today… am i just too obvlivious?

that’s why you should make it clear that you guys are just “dating” and not girlfriend and boyfriend yet till he asks you to be his girlfriend.

that is just so complicated! lol why cant it be like ‘guy likes girl, girl likes guy, guy and girl are a couple’ guys are soooo confusing sometimes, i wish it were that simple

Haha I know.

Well, it really depends on some people, like some people think that if you start dating and kissing and stuff then you’re automatically a couple, but I just never really felt that way. Cause you can date many different people in one period of time but not be in a relationship with any of them. Just when things get physical, that’s when you want to stop dating those other people…but yeah, anyway, I would advise dating him for a bit before asking him whether you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend or not.
