What would be regarded as a good balance between working & socializing.

I have been labeled a workaholic. This label have been with me for the past 14 years , and I am curious about ( there is more to life ), since that is all my family ever tells me.

Work enough to get the $ to meed needs and responsibilities. Take time off to spend time with family. People are more important.
