I’d guess the second one.
The first one is more correct, but take out the comma after read - you don’t need one if it’s followed by and.
actually that i looked up (the comma after and), and it is perfectly correct

All of the above. You could even go with “in my spare time I listen to music, read and play guitar”. I wouldn’t get too comma happy….

Sorry, Island is not correct. You need the comma because it’s a series of three or more. If it was just two (i.e this and that) you wouldn’t need the comma before and or at all.
This sentence is correct:
In my spare time, I listen to music, read, and play guitar.
Island is correct you don’t need a comma if it’s followed by and, and you sure don’t need one after time unless you have asthma and it is so difficult to breathe you have to pause every three words…
