computer trouble

I have 34 viruses on my comp i need to delete my c drive w/o deleted my d drve and i cant have my internet on other wise it will freeze automatically so ive unplugged it and i try to format my c drive but it keeps saying i have a windows program active and ive tried to go to msconfig and like stop it from loading it up but it still does so any suggestions?

im honestly truly clueless w/ computers and have no idea what that is 0.0 but my dad is demanding i fix it cuz idk he thinks i did it.. and maybe i did??? but it really doesnt matter at this point i just have to fix it

well im using a different comp.. i dont think the otherone has firefox??? its old just like has… u know um windows or w/e and ive unplugged it so it wouldnt freeze on me cuz it just pops up w/o my permission idk got like trojan keylogger on it or somen and theres other **** too

ummmm not truly sure my dad got it from his company and no he knows how to fix it -_- thisss is my punishment sighh and he told me exactly how to do it.. but he didnt say it wouldnt let me cuz windows… um programs was running idk think he wants to give me a hard time or something.. on purpose =\ cuz hes an *** sound more funny to me if it wasnt.. um occuring at this moment

oh yeah i think i can think i have a disk in the other room i’ll check it out real quick like and see what goes on but.. idk i was just gonna do what he said and format it?? has nothing important on it… i asked him if i said i could buy a knew one .. but he wants me to fix it like i said as punishment

oh i have everything like to put it back how it was he gave me all that and everything told me how to do it.. i just ran into trouble cuz my comp hates me 0.o basically

yesm i did idk which im gonna do but yep i have idk.. my bf a comp nerd id have him do it.. but hes not aloud over here so… yeahhh 0.o idk so i was gonna ask him … and idk.. hes tried helping me but.. hes like to erase it i have no idea idk he didnt offer just deleting the virus lol he offered to take over my comp thru the internet tho and controlling it.. and.. yeah internet is.. no no so yeah

Myself I would not register there, there many other sites that you can go without registering and ask questions.

The reason that you cant format C: is that your using it when you log on. (He should of told you that) If the PC is a newer one then you can use the system restore feature. Press F10 or F11 at boot then when asked select full system restore. That will wipe C: completely and restore it to the factory default. Hope this helps :-)
