Push-ups are always a good start because you don’t need anything but the floor. :)
Well i have a gym membership and I have been workin out for 3 weeks 5 days a week (I only do one body part a day) and I also use to weight only 114lbs so i gained some muscle mass i think so pretty much i need a foolproof workout plan.
You’re only 16 so you shouldn’t weight train 5 days a week. Just do 3 days a week for now and eat right.
Don’t eat any flour or any sweeteners.
seriously you’ll drop fat like sacks of kittens in the mississippi.
The rest is just moving till it hurts.
He’s got fat on him.
and it needs to be drenched in the pyres of excersize, not reimbursed with overly determental yummys.
Only then do you really start the working out.
Screw them I’m rockin a 4% body fat ratio and can bench 300
I’m legally annerxic and clinically starved with that 4% but the point is until I ate signifcantly better and cut alot of excess fat my strength training didn’t come through as well as it could have.

Fever dream could you tell me your work out plan and how much u weight (not trying to be rude)if thats ok wit u
I’m 6′4″ and around 175
I basically wake up and do curl reps with a 1 handed 30 pound weights taking turns on each arm until I cannot possibly do them anymore. Then when I’m unable to curl any more I start doing pushups until once again I can’t do them anymore. after that I do something I don’t really have a name for but it’s like flapping your arms as if they were wings. but with weights in your hands. That’s all mostly upper body stuff though, I’m not sure if that’s what you’re shooting for.
The most important things to be doing while you’re building as much muscle mass is to make sure you keep pushing yourself and always do something that at first seems too heavy. Make sure you stretch and continue working at it until you’re sweaty and tired all over.
Honestly it’s really just continually pushing yourself.
I also have a summer job of swinging around a sledgehammer setting up tents which is pretty intense at times.
I would agree with you in how you’re describing that much fat but weight isn’t the ultimate decider in a disccusion which muscle weighs more than fat
This is for fever dream..this is my workout plan Tues: Chest: Abs:, bench press, push ups, peck deck machine, and some other thing with dumbells and all of these exercise I do 3 sets of doing 25 reps, 15 reps, then 8 (except pushups i do 40+ of them 3 diff ways)for abs I do this P90X AB ripper ( very good)
Weds: Arms: Bicep curls, concentration curls, and other things, Thurs: Back: ABS: Lat pull downs, back extensions, and rows, Fri:Shoulder: SHoulder press some other thing that is like a lat pull down except u put the bar behind ur head, and something called the batwing. it all starts first with your mind…have to tell yourself you want to work out..and actually do it…. planning all day and night wont work if you cant promise yourself that you will actually go and work out…
I’ve been doing that workout for about 3 weeks now…
