Got a message on Saturday the 15th of August from (obviously it was not from customer care) informing that if I did not confirm my account and password within 24 hours my account would be suspended. I complied on Saturday pm and realized that late Sunday evening my account was suspended and my password did not work anymore. Obvioulsy it had been changed by the intruder. Today Monday the 17th most of my e-mail contacts got a message asking for 2000 UK pounds because I was supposed to be stuck in London where my money and mobile was stolen. My work e-mail is (email removed). My mobiles if needed are 0030 6932 763373 and 00966 555 017515. Please let me know whether there is something I should do from my end and how should we take it from here so that I can re-enter my account and stop the current user to keep sending out more messages on my behalf. Meanwhile, have contacted my wife who told me that my account shows that it is suspended for security reasons.
