I was so determined and it paid off. Over the last 6 months nearly a stone and a half of it has crept back on. Im so dissapointed but just cant stop the over eating. What is wrong with me, where has my motivation gone??

*You haven’t been taking your vitamins
- :D trust me. centrum is love.
*The sweets & savories have transformed you
-FORCE yourself OUT. You’ve worked so hard to get it off. Your hard work shouldn’t go to waste, am I right?
*Your dissapointment is making you gloomy so you’re going for the comfort food.
- You have to be more positive. Yeah, you messed up the other day, but you can fix that.
*You’re food intake is too small.
-This is like sleep deprivation. If you eat very little, around the same caloric intake everyday, your metabo. will get slow & you’ll end up binging because of deprivation. So your body gives in to the cravings. When I crave dark chocolate, I take 2 squares from the whole bar for the day. :) Moderation is the key here.
*Not enough water.
Start all over from the beginning. & To motivate you, just think of what you put into your loss & how much time you put into it. Also, gum & tea are my supressors.

so you lost like 50 pounds about, right (what is it like 12 pounds a stone?)? That is a lot to lose over a year, I bet that you changed your eating habits, social habits, and just kept going. I mean on average you will lose 1-2 pounds a week on a diet with a healthy caloric deficit. I imagine it took you about 6-7 mo to lose the weight. And you kept it off until now. Don’t fret over 10 pounds in 6 months. Just realize that you gained some weight and that you are going to lose it again. You already did it four fold and now is no exception. You will lose this, but if you fell off the wagon I’d suggest you re-evaluate your eating habits. Losing weight and being healthy is truly a lifestyle change and you keep those habits even when you reached your goals.

I lost a lot of weight and I continue eating healthy, well, healthier than not being on a diet. I only drink Vodka, water, and a lemon, I don’t eat fast food. I don’t or try not to eat carbs after 4 pm, I go to the gym everyday or at least 4 times a week.

Good luck anonymous. This may help you as it does me. If I am thinking os skipping the gym or something I just think “If I don’t do this, if I skip out because I am being lazy, I am just letting myself down. If I can’t rely on myself than who can I rely on?”
Also whenever I was feeling low I go to www.bodybuilding.com and click on there forums and I look at the “losing fat” section or their “pictures” section and it really inspires me seeing normal people talk about there trials and accomplishments.

Also, I have friends who alyways talk about losing weight getting in shape, but they eat fast food, pizza, drink cans and cans of beer regularly. After inviting them with me to the gym or offering to help it gets down to a person will only do it if they truly want to. I don’t want to be mean or hardcore about this, but it’s all in your own self control. That’s why I love working out because the amount of muscle I build or how toned up I am just depends on how much effort and discipline I put into to. For how much I love eating pizza, when I go out with my friends I’ll order a salad. I may get ridiculed for it, but I am the only one of my friends that still has the body of an 18 year old.

you could put up pictures of people’s bodies you think are nice. Sometimes that helps me, but realize that models get paid to look that way or the magazine will photo shop to make them look better.

(pushed enter too quickly)working out with friends really helps me out too. It makes it a competition with them. Or you can just mark a calendar date, or what really works! Buy a plane ticket somewhere warm for holiday and that is your motivation to reach that date and be looking sexy
