yep my guy friend on my hockey team is always complianing about his girl problems . its so annoyiing lol but then one of my teammates tells him then dont like girls.then he stops . that probably doesnt help any but i thought it was funny .

Not much for help but humor is always welcome. It just boils my brocholi. Makes it hard to care about people when they don’t respect the respect you are giving them. Know what i mean? lol
yep. belive me i understand not for the same situation but yeh . like im always the only girl on my hockey teams and theirs always is at least one boy who wants to cause trouble and i dont get it i made the team for my skill .

Well - when you say you’d die for someone, it sounds needy instead of sweet. Ultimately, a one-word answer is sometimes reflective of what they wanted to communicate - not something intended to dismiss you. Perhaps they don’t have anything to say, but want to communicate that they ARE listening to you.
You say this happens when you are trying to help them. Are you the type of person who helps others because it makes him feel good? Being a good friend is one thing. Being everyone’s place to dump on makes you the friend people use, but not the one they respect. Just a head’s up.

Hah, i don’t text to help them, i wanna talk to them :D. I’m sure they don’t have to high of views of me, but having them curse me out and telling me to shut up would be more polite to me than them ignoring me..ya know

Like I have a couple friends who do that every now and then, and for the most part I don’t mind, but in the last week of my relationship with my ex he would only respond with one word answers. And then eventually he just ignored me. Loooser.
But yeah, it’s annoying in general. Or like when someone just texts you and says, “hey.” Why not, “hey what’s up?” lol that’s waaay better.
Being ignored is worse than an angry reply, I agree. But often I find that a one word reply is all I have TIME to type.
