Dreams

Well, for about 3 years now the only dreams I remember are the bad ones.
They are not really bothering me right now, I’m just curious about why are they the only ones I remember.
Is there a reason? Maybe I’m just weird? Hmm…

I have had dreams that I was drowning, falling from a building, being stabbed, and the most recent one is that I was shot through my head.
And I really don’t enjoy seeing myself dying over and over again…

well, a lot of people have said before that people more easily remember bad memories and nightmares over good memories and dreams.
it can be hard to get rid of them then.
for me, i have better dreams when i sleep on my left side than my right side, try other sides or such. i cant base this off of scientific fact, but i think it has to do with blood flow.
do you go to bed unhappy? try being happier when you sleep as well

I have had some success by taking control in my dreams. Play it out like an action movie. Fight back, give yourself extraordinary powers. Remind yourself that it is just a dream. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Good Luck

sometimes people just remember bad dreams rather than good ones. right as you’re falling asleep, think of something fun and happy. if u think about something right before you go to sleep, you often dream of it. also, if you’re having a bad dream, tell yourself its just a dream and you have ultimate control, and then you can sometimes work your mind to change what’s going on in the dream. this is what i do sometimes :)

I can’t fight back when I’m dead.
But thanks. I’ll try.

The thing is sometimes I don’t realize that I’m dreaming.
