Anyone else have bulging discs in their spine?

I have bulging discs in the cervical region from an injury over 5 years ago. Its starting to act up again, but the pain feels like its in the thoracic region??? Also pain when I breathe or extend my right arm. I know I should see a doc if it persists, but just curious if anyone else has this problem and knows if this pain sounds related to bulging discs. Also, any ideas on how to relieve the pain? Its between the shoulder blades. The pain feels incredibly deep so icy/hot and stuff just wouldn’t work - its not severe enough to warrant a doc appointment quite yet as I might have just slept funny :p

This is a severe problem and you should go in right away. The thing is if it is radiating out to limbs, it could very well be that you have a severe slipped disc and that is scary. Paralyisis is a scary thought.
