a hacker of my computer had a bunch of deleted *.eml

files on his usb, I am for the most part very familiar with computer’s I just cannot find anything useful about these eml extensions, from the names it seems they were copied from some directory on my computer that stores the data for my email, with names like (Your purchase, your amazon.comorder, etc.) I am very interested in finding out what information he got from me
