I am so despressed and I just CANNOT get out of it.

I am going insane. I am on anti-depressants but may be pregnant and know that I cannot take them while pregnant. I am never going to survive for 9 months……

If you are being prescribed anti-depressants and they are not working, call whoever it is who is prescribing them and tell them. Not all antidepressants work as effectively for everyone, and if you are pregnant, your biochemistry is readjusting anyway. Only by working closely with your health-care provider can you find what will work for you. If you can’t have that conversation with that person because you don’t feel comfortable about it, you need a different prescriber — start by talking to your primary care physician or OB/GYN. there are more options than you can even begin to guess at. In the meantime, do some things like walking more or working out a little at the gym to let your body release natural endorphens, avoid alcohol and caffeine, and try to get 7-9 hours of sleep.

Your hormones change when you are pregnant. I was fine for my pregnancies and while I was nursing. give it a while, perhaps you will be ok. Get lots of sunlight and rest and chocolate :)
