im 29 I wprk for a train company and do shift work
which is really having an impact on my life, im tired all the time, i dont really have much of a social life as im always working. i got into a lot of debt but still owe a few thousand pounds. my family say i have a gopod job with good money, the thing is im always tired, i am also overweight but i genrally eat healthy foods and at least 5 portiosn of fruit a day or more. i have carb cravings and nibble all the time. i have noticed that my confidence is lacking as I dont get out that much
I have problems with my thyroid its underactive.
can you suggest anything to help with the feelings of tiredness. as I cant afford to look for a new job. I am staying with my mum but want my own independence, and a good night sleep to loose weight and have more energy
