computer help: why is chat not working?

why is chat not working?

“Error: ‘chat.js.tpl.php’ could not be found, please check your themepath ‘’ and your theme ‘cerutti’ are correct” thats all i get, whats wrong?

the server is most probly down, or you have something wrong with your in comming connection, ring up your service provider

i meen as it it works, just the chat box is replased with that.

lol chats not working for me either server must be down.

A logged in and verified Help.com member has the ability to setup a Friends List and invite others to help with posts.
