I have often wondered this myself. Each meat has it’s own very distinct flavor to it. Also, another thing to ponder, beef doesn’t have a gamey taste and I pressume that is due to it’s lazy behavior but say elk does and they are pretty active and not so fatty so does that mean an athlete would be gamey compared to a lazy person?
