That’s normal.

And ehm… yeah, You don’t “Need” that book, in fact there is nothing that book can do for you other than suggest you try herbal remedies or surgery. both idiotic ideas for a 12 year old as you still have 4-6 years before your breasts are fully developed.

I was flat chested until I was around 13, and then they grew. A lot. Making me a good 34D. So don’t worry about it at all. I still know people that haven’t developed at they’re 14 or so. (: Just let time take its course.
