I have a karcher K2300G which holds then looses pressure about every second.
Even when the pressure trigger isn’t being pulled you can see the same pressure/no pressure in the high pressure hose.
I have replaced the following:
PISTON GUIDANCE - complete assy
THROTTLE (4.030-109.0)
JOINING PIECE (4.030-125.0)
VALVE (4.580-330.0) 3 ea.
JET PIPE/TRIGGER GUN assy complete
I have cleaned, insected and lubricated, where applicable:
STRAINER (6.414-252.0)
GROOVED RING (6.365-393.0)
WASHER (5.115-721.0)
GROOVED RING (6.365-394.0)
WASHER (5.115-720.0)
SLEEVE (5.110-707.0)
VALVE (4.580-331.0) 3 ea
DRAIN PLUG (4.132-007.0) 3 ea
I have drained and refilled the 100 ml of oil.
The pressure/no pressure condition has not changed since it first started acting this way regardless of parts changed/cleanning/lubricating.
Any thaughts?
