Ok, so this is going to be a long one.
About 2 years ago I got an ipod touch, but didnt have a good enough computer for itunes. So, i downloaded my songs from my sister in laws itunes. When I got itunes soon there after I synced my ipod to the computer and it deleted all my songs. So I started all over.
Then the computer crashed and I was left, once again, without itunes. So I was just downloading songs directly from my ipod. Now I have itunes and I’m afraid it is going to delete all my songs again.
I understand that you are supposed to authorize my computer but I forgot my itunes account password. Everytime I open up my itunes program and click authorize and “forgot password” it tries to open with internet explorer, which does not work on my computer.
We have always got online through AOL and whenever we try to use internet explorer it either freezes, does nothing, or says it cannot not access the internet.
If you can help me in any way at all please do I am getting very frustrated.
