And people are criticising the NHS. If your story’s true (which I believe it is, as you have another post with the same details from some time ago) then that’s awful and I can imagine you just don’t know where to turn. Is there no one you can stay with… family, friends? No charities in your area that try and help with homelessness? If you write to a local newspaper then I bet you’d get support. What do you want people to tell you?!

I really doubt that anyone is going to be sending you any money. Check in your local area for help. If you have no money then you qualify for assistance. Your child also can apply for help form the Shriners and Ronald McDonald house. Hope this helps :-)

call the electric company and let them know you have an ill child with oxygen. usually they have special funds for these types of issues. Also seek local help and shriners and ronald mcdonaldhouse. God bless!

If you read the user’s other post you’ll see that the ‘kid’ isn’t a child.

first off ronald mcdonald house will only let you stay there if you live far away from the hospital. and it does cost money to stay there. when we went to new york 15yrs ago, it cost us $20 a night while kid was in hospital having surgery. the local utility company is a joke. i have already pleaded with them, sent medical documentation from the doctor 4 times and they do not care. my husband makes $20 above the monthly poverty level and they say they can not help. i also have no family…i lost both parents within 6 days of each other only 5 months before my kid got sick and then lost mom-in-law 2 months after that. the local american cancer society will only help with transportation to and from the hospital/doctors appointments. i have asked, i have looked…all i hear is oh well it is a bad economy. let these people walk in my shoes and tell me that! no one wants to loose a kid, a roof over their head.
