do i have a sleeping problem

i always stay up late cause i know i go to
bed i wont get to sleep
and when i do go to bed it takes me hours to get to sleep
is there anything i can to to get to sleep

First, have you tried going to bed earlier?! Do you sleep in late in the mornings? If you do then it’s more that you’re out-of-sinc than having sleeping problems (this is a problem, but likely to get sorted by getting into a better routine). And do you feel tired? If not then think about whether it’s actually a problem? If you’re having trouble sleeping then everyone has different advice (I like to listen to radio [not music though] very quietly, someone else might tell you to have some chamomile tea, someone else to exercise, someone else to pray, someone else to eat a big meal before bed, someone else not to eat at all in the eve… etc.) so maybe talk to your doctor…

well i kinda sleep in
like i would wake at 8:00am then go back to sleep at wake up again at 1:00pm
i always feel tired.i watch t.v or listen to music before i go to bed but i still cant sleep

i know about sleeping problems trust me. i’m twelve and for 6 months know or more i can’t get to sleep until like 1:00am. and then i can’t stay awake in school.and i go to bed at nine. i’ve tried other times but nothing seems to help what should i do
