How can I order 200 postage stamps online and have them mailed to me?

There are alot of options for me to print the stamps from my personal computer.I do not have a working printer at the time.I want to order them at a discounted price.Please help!!!

There are no discounts on stamps, do find out how much your package or filled envelope weighs so that you can put the exact necessary postage on the items you are mailing.
