Why is my movie only syncing onto my old iPod?

I just bought a new iPod nano (chromatic). I still have my 3rd Generation iPod and all its songs and movies, and while syncing my new iPod, I saw that my purchased movie, Pirates of the Caribbean, did not get synced over. I bought the movie. It worked fine on the other iPod. Anyone know why it wont sync onto my chromatic? Please help!!! I’m missing Jack… =[
