no, having your period has nothing to do with height. eat healthy, avoid coffe, you might get taller. its also in your genetics so check out your parents heights.

Not true, actually. The estrogen flowing though a woman’s body fuses her bones. That’s why women are shorter than men.

You could grow for a few more years though. After I started I grew 3 inches more.

I started my period when I was 15 and didnt stop growing till I was about 19/20 yrs old. I was prob 5′5 and now i’m 5′8. You prob get atleast 2-3more inches. And if not-5′1 is Awesome. Think of all the cool heels you can wear. I have to select what heels I wear so Im not sooo much taller than everyone else. especially my husband who is 5′9! LOL

im 5′9.5, and take it from me, height is ovrrated. i wish i was two inches shorter!!!

i’m 5′7 and hate it. lol
i wish i was two inches shorter too!!
but in the end i know it fits me so it’s okay :)
