Get the P90X workout system. Here’s a link. http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitn…

I know people who like it a lot. Just give it a try it’s no joke it is very good.

Ha ha it’s long because i went on google.
If this isn’t for you i’d suggest to force yourself to do situps over and over and over. Then the next day run and jog everywhere. The next day do millions of sit ups. It isn’t hard if you just force yourself. I know it sounds hard but it isn’t if you just get up.

Well Drink a lot of water. Water helps you burn off carbs and calories fast. You’ll probably notice you’ll be losing some belly fat if you drink 8-eight ounce glasses of water a day. Water also cures impurities in your skin and can make it look nicer. This doesn’t mean that you should force yourself to drink water haha but honestly it really works. You need to exercise at least 3 hours a day with this water diet. Don’t forget to eat your vegetables even if you hate them. You should look up nutrition facts on ask.com or something. Try to eat some healthy filling meals. Don’t be lazy during your exercise. If you can get a bowflex i think you’d like it too. Now ask me any other questions and i’ll answer them.

Diet.
Exercise. You can get a lot of protein out of some foods that have next to know fat in them..like eggs, soy beans etc..google is your friend. Also, for some people weight training+running at the same time slows down their gains in each. If thats you I’d stick to pushups and situps instead of heavy lifting at the gym.

Oh spread the times that you drink a lot of water. Don’t drink 8 glasses in a 1-3 hour period tha’d be crazy! But really get an enviormentally healthy water bottle and keep fillin it up throughout the day. If you have green tea you should try drinking that in the morning or at night. It burns carbs and if it doesn’t taste good than well drink water. Just don’t eat anything unhealthy. It’s not as hard as you think. I’ve been fit all my life but i train for Parkour. You may or may not know that sport but it is for younger people. Anyway i had to get back into shape and i felt so refreshed drinking more water and kicking any soda or “snacks”. DO NOT stop yourself from eating. Just get in an exercise routine and keep working at it. If you strive for it you’ll lose weight very very quickly.

Man don’t forget about your nutrients. You need em. Try fish, eggs, and other stuff like that. Take a multivitamin if you think your not getting enough during your diet if you don’t already. I really hope i helped you out. :D Feel free to ask anymore things.
