i have huge stagefright,,,and get very scared when
i am asked to talk,,,,when the teachers ask my name or roll number even alone i feel very scared to reply and then i start stammering,,,i dont exactly stammer but keep on saying ‘am’,,’a’ before i can say anything,,,this also happens when i talk to anonymous people in school or outside,,,with my friends i am much more comfortable to talk but not wiht other people,,,pls help
