I am not a qualified physician, but I DO recognize that some of those symptoms, when present in combination, can sometimes mean very serious happenings.

My best advice is to go to your nearest hospital and seek the counsel of an emergency room physician. I realize that for some people this means incurring a costly debt, but the reality is that, if this is only a minor issue, your costs will be manageable. If, however, this is something very serious, the costs, both financial and in terms of potentially irreversible damage, will be more than you could ever afford to pay should you put off seeing a doctor.
