phone problems

i have a samsung phone and a micro SD chip i have the music on my chip but it wont show up on my phone i used a card reader and it still doesnt work how do i get the music to show up on my phone without having to put the music in my phone and transfering it into the micro SD chip?

i cant help but i can tell you one thing, DO NOT CONTACT SAMSUNG FOR HELP, i did regarding some images and im still waitingfor them to provide me with an answer that actually helps, (i had to repate the problem to them over 5 times, and im still waiting for help)
