it’s all public but you can talk to someone else directly. It’s still public but most people mind their own buisness. It’s the megaphone button and it’s called “shouting”. It’s like a public chat room, but like I said, most people mind their own buisness. However, if you ever run into a big nose sneaky stalker guy, report him :P hope this helps :)
