It is all up to yourself. You have to be strong, why would you ever want to commit suicide? what is there to gain from it? you will NEVER feel better if you kill yourself obviously. Bad things happen to all of us, it makes us stronger. The good times WILL come if, you are strong enough to get through the bad times. And nothing should ever be bad enough to make you want to commit suicide. That is the worst crime. Its an insult to those people who died already, they would love to be alive right now. You need to appreciate your life a little more. Its a great opportunity given to you. You take it away then your no more then a statistic who wasnt mentally strong enough to get through whatever your going for.
Besides think of your family and friends you will make them suffer for the rest of their lives, thats selfish non the less. Think about your future and those around you. And please dont commit suicide

when ever you feel this way hit a punching bag, or a pillow or my favorite thing to do is stand my mattress up and hit it, channel your feelings and let them go with out hurting yourself and tell some one how you are feeling you owe it to them, you have no idea how much you’d hurt the people around you if you do it. they wont understand that its not their fault, that they didn’t see it so they could help you. whats making you feel so hopeless?

Hello, I just want to encourage you and let you know that you are not who your thoughts tell you you are. Your emotions do not own you… and suicide may be something you are contemplating, it doesn’t mean you are wrong, or are a horrible person. Suicidal thoughts are a way your heart and mind are trying to cope with situations that seem beyond hope.

A solution may not be around the corner… just yet, but hope is… your heart is telling you it is hopeless because it has been living in this world of hurt for so long, it doesn’t know what healthy looks like… It is scared of hope and it is scared to recognize it.

Perhaps if you stay awhile and talk abit… that sometimes helps. Cutting… sounds painful, but it is a way for you to release the pain right? It puts actual feeling to the inward pain you are enduring… I can’t imagine… but we’re here to listen.

If you are open to a hug… here’s one… a big one to let you know you are never alone. HUGGGGGGS!!!!!!!
