you can get an over the counter medicine called Rid it would be with all the other medicine products, you could even ask the stores pharmacist, but just follow the directions, and lice actually isnt because you are dirty actually lice is more attracted to clean silky hair. so you shouldnt feel embarrassed.

I have never dealt with this because i am a clean person as well. So you say you have nobody to help you get rid of it? Call a doctor and they surely help you. There is a perscription shampoo that gets rid of it i believe. It’s not too expensive but you really should just call a doctor and ask what they can do for you.

well i’ve never personally had lice but i think that its fairly simple to use, and i imagine that you could have anyone check or even go down to the clinic or doctor or something to have someone professional check for you if you are worried.

i remember there was a breakout back when i was in elementary school and they used alcohol/hot water. not sure if it worked though. i would go w/ the rid it or w/e, and you can do it yourself just keep brushing/rebrushing everywhere- even if you can’t see it.

You just get the rid and do like it says on the bottle and in 2 weeks i thank you do it again it should come with a comb and you use that to get rid of the eggs

what you really have to do is get all the nits and bugs out of your hair. sure, the shampoos will kill the lice, but it wont prevent the eggs from hatching and becoming even more lice. you can look into professional nit-picking, ive heard about that, or get a friend or relative to brush through your hair for two weeks until not one nit can be found. ive delt with this maybe 10 times, so trust me, i know.
