Relationships help: I just gave my boyfriend a very honest letter about my feelings and thoughts..good and bad after having been frustrated with him lately. - Help.com

I just gave my boyfriend a very honest letter about my feelings and thoughts..good and bad after having been frustrated with him lately.

Now I feel very vulnerable, scared and anxious for a response. Do you think it is okay when nothing else seemed to work…to write a letter as a last straw??? I mean..if someone can’t accept, love and deal with you…all of you…then it isn’t worth it in the first place right? Thanks.

I think writting a letter of your feelings is a good way of letting him know how you feel. talking to him in person is good, but sometimes its just hard to say what you really need to when they are there, usually you end up crying/fighting/arguing and never get to say everything you need to. try not to worry too much waiting for his reply. if he loves you than he will understand and try to work it out, if not than you are right, he is not worth it. xo good luck

I think a letter is a great way to express yourself to someone. I think it gets your thoughts and feelings through in a clear cut way. It helps open up a line of communication between the two of you.

I know that anxious vulnerable feeling your talking out. You let it all out and now there is nothing to do but wait and see how it all plays out.

Let us know how it turns out. I have a feeling it will all be good.

you just said your answer yourself.. i believe in the saying if you cant handle me at my worst.. you dont deserve me at my best.. and if he loves you truly.. when your feeling vulnerable and weak and a bit scared.. hell tell you its ok and let you know hes there… everytime my girlfriend is having a bad time.. or feels real low.. im just there for her.. and sometimes shell snap at me when shes annoyed or mad.. but i just say im sorry baby and i let her know im there for her and i be quiet just to let her know im there if she wants to talk :) i never get angry or raise my voice at her and i never get upset with her.. even though its not always the same on the other end.. but i think you got a nice guy and i bet you hell take the letter as a wake up call and say hey if i dont change something then im gonna lose her.. good luck :)
