Why is my mom so mean?

She always hits me for no reason calls me bad words and says she wants to kill me someday. I always do chores, bring her water give her stuff and i get nothing not even a penny! Help i want to send her to jail Please!!!
She isnt my mom well she is but she doesnt act like it! She hates me! I can even show you guys my scars, she also spanks me and stabbs me with glass and knife! Help! 911! My name is Gifari.
