PEE?

?? big trouble, sometimes i get so nervous that i think i’m going to pee myself, i cant stop thinking about that and it is even worse cuz i ‘ve to performance next sunday in front of a bunch of people in another country and it’s giving me a hard time…. what is wrong whit me?

I get the same way, only it’s when i have to wait, i’m pretty sure it’s just nevers, pee before and try to stay away from liquids.. other than that there’s really nothing you can do

go to your doctor. as you may have something wrong with your area down there. and if you you still feel like it when u do the stage thing. stuff something down there which is very good at absorbing liquad, so if you do release any urine it will be absorbed and noone will notice. and yea have a toilet before you go on stage. gl

its called anxiety…when i get really anxious about something i get that feeling ima tinkle. but if its really bad go to ur doctor and tell them that u feel that way they’ll give u meds.

no no they just control that anxious feeling, like that really nervous feeling that u get before u have to do something, i just take them when i feel like that, or just take deep breaths when u feel nervous it works. trust ur not going crazy!

thanks, i do have anxiety attacks and i go to a theraphist but i think she doesnt understand me, i already talk about this whit her but she thinks i’ll be ok that is just mi imagination and about taking deep breaths i do it every time it happens but it doesnt seem to help. i’m so scared about the performance next sunday i’ve to travel whit people i dont like, what if this happens during my performance¡¡¡ infront of all the people

hmm well bring it up just be like u feel like u have bad anxiety. i hate it when there like blah blah ur fine they dnt understand! u just have to talk to her more and tell her everything. she shouldnt be thinking its ur imagination. dont be scared!! what kind of performance? if you’ve been doing it for a while u should be fine! dont think too much about it, do things to clear ur mind like hanging out w friends, then just practice whatever is ur doing! i use to be in a choir and we’d have to sing infront of many people and i’d have solos to sing, i use to feeel really nervous too but once ur up on stage it isnt that bad! it starts to feel good and u just forget their there and have fun!

that’s nice, so i’m not the onlyone whit those crazy thoughts, i dance and i’ve done it like for seven years, ok i’m going to have fun anyway the worst thing that can happen is to pee myself hahaha¡¡ right?
